F.A.Q

  • Where do classes take place?

Classes are based in the centre of Bromborough village at:

Bromborough Church Institute

Church Square

The Rake

CH62 7AB

  • What can I expect from my first PAFTA class?

Your first session is free and there is no pressure for you to jump right in (although many do)! You are welcome to sit and watch the class at first, or join in when you're ready. Parents are also welcome to stay and watch if you want them to! You don't need a uniform, just some comfortable clothes that you can easily move in, along with an open mind and a positive attitude.

  • How much does it cost?

Newcomers are welcome to pay on a weekly basis for their first term (£12 per class). After that, PAFTA is charged on a membership fee basis: £150 per 3-month term (£250 for two siblings)

Membership fees can be paid in full upfront or in two payments throughout the term by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Other flexible payment options are available - just ask.

All our classes run throughout the half term holidays.

  • I have two children - is there a discount?

Yes, we offer a 50% discount for siblings: pay in full for one child, pay half for the other!

  • How do I track my child's progress?

The best way to do that is to come to our productions and see for yourself! We create two original productions each year: a Winter production (usually on the last Sunday before Christmas) and a Summer production (usually the second weekend in July). These productions are always ambitious and varied, designed specifically to engage, challenge and showcase the abilities and personalities of our students.

We also perform regularly at community events across the Wirral.

In the meantime, staff are always on hand to chat to you about your child's progress - simply ask at the beginning or end of a class. You can also email any questions to georginagibbard@hotmail.co.uk. We are also happy for parents to drop in and watch any of our classes at any time.
